The opening offer — a client workshop, at no cost

I deliver a practical one-hour AI workshop for your clients — hosted by your firm, under your firm's brand, with me as the guest specialist. Built around the tools your clients actually run (Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, Cliniko), not generic theory. Your firm looks current. Your clients get straight answers. You pay nothing.

What your firm gets

An advisory answer you can put your name to without building a tech arm. When a client's books arrive cleaner because their invoicing, chasing and re-keying are automated at their end, your compliance work gets faster and your advisory conversations get easier. The capability is mine; the credit and the relationship are yours.

What your clients get

A fully refundable Phase 0 pilot (A$4,500 incl GST, refundable to day 30) with the first working agent on their real data by day 10 — built by the founder, owned by the client, deployed in the client's own accounts. If an off-the-shelf tool already solves their problem, I tell them to buy that instead. Your recommendation is never exposed.

The referral fee

When a client you refer signs Phase 0 and makes their first payment, your firm receives A$500 within 24 hours — paid out or credited, your choice. One-time per client, no cap on clients, no expiry, no multi-level anything. Disclosed to the client, always — it's their trust we're both spending.

What this is not

Not bookkeeping, not tax, not BAS — AAA will never provide compliance services, compete for your engagements, or contact your clients outside the scope you've introduced. Mutual NDA available before anything begins. Either side can walk away at any time; no exclusivity, no minimums, no obligation.

No. The automation removes the client's own re-keying, chasing and drafting — the mess that arrives at your desk — so compliance work gets faster, not smaller. AAA does not and will not provide bookkeeping, tax or BAS services.

What if the engagement goes badly for our client?

It can't go badly for you: the entry point is a fully refundable pilot, agents after it are paid only on delivery, and the client owns everything built. Your recommendation carries no downside exposure.

What's the actual first step?

A 20-minute call or coffee. If it makes sense, we pick a date for the client workshop — your room, your brand, my delivery. The referral arrangement only matters after you've watched me present.
